Group W Productions (a Westinghouse Co.)

Group W Productions sells spots for TV commercials, with their contracts and production schedules being processed on a Unisys mainframe at their parent company's data center.

Infocom worked with them in defining the requirements and preparing the functional specifications for an automated Sales Planning System. This would allow the creation of sales plans with guaranteed ratings against their (perishable) inventory of spots, and track revisions up to the finalization of the sales contracts.
